Visit Mower GOP at Mower County Fair

Mower County Republicans again this year will have a large and attractive booth in the Exhibits Bldg at the 2011 fair, August 9-14.  Everyone is invited to stop by and discuss the issues of the day and how we can secure a safe and prosperous future.  The extreme spending and debt threatens all of us and we stand for sensible ways to move forward. 

Bring your kids!  Several fun things are in store for them at the booth, too.

We have a great starting list of volunteers to spend time in the booth to meet and engage the people in our community in frank and friendly discussions about our civic responsibilities.  There is room for lots more helpers.  This is a great way to help make a difference so our great state and nation remain so. Mower County GOP Regular Monthly Meeting

3^rd Monday of Each Month
7pm at Austin Senior Center

The hard work the county and regional party units all across the state produced a stunning result in the 2010 election: the first ever GOP majority in both the MN Senate and the MN House.  Even without the governor for 2 years, there are great opportunities to make many changes and improvements in MN state government.   That is the sort of thing that only happens when countless numbers of people come together at local conventions and put their own lives and pocketbooks on the line.

You are invited to visit a meeting and hopefully get involved with the GOP if you are a citizen who wants to have a government that represents all the people's ideas and needs, not the narrow interests of special-purpose organizations.
